How do I renew my contract? It just takes me to extras that I dont want with only options to click on them?

Staff on the forum can't fix up the contract for you, but they can check your new contract has been correctly set up. 

 

For them to identify your account,  please complete your community forum profile details. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
