I recently renewed my faster fibre contract with added ‘fibre speed boost‘ (9/1/20). New router (Sagemcom) installed & up & running but the upload/download speeds are identical to pre-renewal (38Mb down, 10Mb up).
The order acceptance email gives a minimum speed of 61.4Mb down & 17Mb up.
I am guessing that the speed boost hasn’t been applied to my line yet ?
Can an OCE have a look & see if this is the case & advise please.

Thanks for your reply. I 'm not 100% sure where to find this within 'my account' but it doesn't appear in the 'my package' or 'service centre' sections.
Presuming that this is where it should appear, how do we resolve this ?
Under 'my package' - 'package details' - 'Broadband details' is does say :-
Unlimited, uncapped speeds
but there is no reference to the the 'fibre speed boost' as a flexible boost anywhere.

I've had an e-mail from Talktalk and been offered a 'Faster Fiber with 'speed boost' for an 18month contract whilst I'm already on Faster Fiber until Oct 2020
If I upgrade does this new contract also include the free packages I already recieve with the Fster Fibre? e.g. Supersafe? and
Is it worth it.
From the current discussion with 'bridgebee' it does'nt seem to be operational?
I am unable to find an add boost option for 'fibre speed boost' in my account. I clicked the 're-contract' button in 'my offers & upgrades' where I was offered fibre speed boost FOC for 24months.
It looks like the option has not been applied (or applied incorrectly) to my account.
Are you able to add this so I can get the speeds quoted ?
If not, please can you point me to someone who can.
I have the same problem, I renewed my faster fibre" plan with "fibre speed boost". I received an order confirmation email, that says that my estimated download speed is "61.6 Mb to 73.6 Mb typical range".
But I did many speed checks and my maximum download speed still at 40mb maximum.

When you say you've replied ? I do not have a message from you in my in box ?
Is there anything else you need from me to complete this job ?
Thanks for sending. As part of my renewal, fibre speed boost was supposed to be added free of charge for 24months. I have PMed you with my emailed order confirmation from yourselves.
Hopefully this will enable you to add boost to my account.

Hi, I encountered the same problem... no option button "speed boost" in the renewal package faster fibre... my 18 months contract ends in one month and i want to be sure to renew it exactly the same i mean with 'fibre speed boost', how can i do ?
