Resetting router multiple times

Hi, I joined TalkTalk in August and until Mon 16 November 2020 have not had any significant problems. Since Tuesday 17 Nov 2020 I have had to reset my router multiple times a day and it's been very difficult to get in contact with TalkTalk for support (hours on live chat and telephone). On Thursday I think I was told a new router will be sent arriving in one or two days but that has not appeared yet. Any advice appreciated as I'm really disappointed with the service. Thanks. Alan.

OK, see if it turns up on Monday and let us know whether it helps. If not your topic has been flagged up to the support team here who will pick it up next week.
