Hi, I joined TalkTalk in August and until Mon 16 November 2020 have not had any significant problems. Since Tuesday 17 Nov 2020 I have had to reset my router multiple times a day and it's been very difficult to get in contact with TalkTalk for support (hours on live chat and telephone). On Thursday I think I was told a new router will be sent arriving in one or two days but that has not appeared yet. Any advice appreciated as I'm really disappointed with the service. Thanks. Alan.

I have ordered the replacement router and you should receive this within the next 24-48hrs.
Please let us know how the connection compares with this router.
