Router Not giving IP address

I have the DSL-3782 with what I believe is the latest firmware v1.10t.

The problem I'm having is that every few weeks the router stops giving out IP addresses so no devices can connect . The only way to resolve the issue is to reboot the router.

Is this a bug with the latest firmware or is my router faulty?

And now my speed has dropped to almost a crawl, Is this related?

Here are my speedtest results

I normally get a download speed of about 25Mbps

I'm sorry to hear this. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?

Have you tried resetting the router to factory default settings? If not then can you give this a try first - Restore your router to factory settings

I left the router turned off all night and this morning the speed seems to have returned to normal. So now it's just the issue of the IP addresses. 

The other OCE said they'd send me another router. I'd like another DSL-3782 please.

OK thanks. Could you try the factory reset first to see if it resolves the IP Address issue, if it doesn't just let me know and I'll send a router

I'll send a router, should be with you withing a couple of days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
