I received an email on 20th May telling me that I was entitled to a router upgrade and a fixed plan for a small monthly increase. I decided to accept the offer and clicked a link which then told me that I would receive an email outlining my new plan and my new router. I have received neither but TalkTalk have already included the price increase on my bill. Could someone please sort this.

The plan has been renewed on the 25th, the Wifi hub has been dispatched on the 29th and should be with you in a few days.
