Router dropping connection constantly

Hiya, Like the title says for a while now my router has been dropping connection at least 3 times an hour on average.

 

It did this heavily back in November, stopped for a bit and has started again.

 

I have ensured all the cables are correctly plugged in, even redid a few. This did not help.

I've tried multiple devices, both wired and wireless so it is not a device issue.

 

The router is properly ventilated and positioned with a good airflow so I can't imagine it is overheating.

 

It usually just resets itself but lately the drop out periods have been becoming longer and longer until it wont come back on until I manually go and reset it.

 

The little green light doesn't just turn red,  it completely turns off.

 

This is really frustrating.

Which model router do you have it will be shown on the base.

 

Have you tried a pin reset?

Yes I have tried a pin reset, it didn't seem to stop it.

It tends to get worse in the afternoons-night.

Hi Gladyt thanks for that it will help the OCE team tomorrow. They might well offer a replacement, the HG 633 is the newer version of the HG 635 which is not 4eadily available anymore.
