Router says 66Mbps but devices say 20Mbps

Hi, we have had the openreach chaps out to resolve our intermittent connection issues and this has now been resolved.

 

The engineer came out again today as our speeds seemed to be capped at 20Mbps. The engineer reset things, so the router is now reporting 66.1 Mbps but all our devices are still reporting below 20Mbps.

 

Even if I plug a network cable straight into the router, it is reporting 20Mbps. 

 

Could our router be faulty?

Hi @pidgeuk ,

 

Have you tried switching the router off for over 30 minutes, then when you switch it back on it will start a new session, this may help it recover the speed.
