Router solid orange light and only POWER and LAN lights on modem

First Timer

I recently upgraded to Fast Fibre 150 but since it's installation date, the internet has been regularly dropping out and wouldn't come back on unless we rest the modem. I've been in contact with TalkTalk over the online chat and they said they'd organise an engineer to come out but now the internet isn't working at all. 


All I know is that the router is displaying a constant orange light and the modem is only displaying constant green lights for POWER and LAN. I've tried resetting both the router and modem and also switching off at the wall for over 10 mins.
