Router wasn't delivered. Yodel say that it was.

First Timer

So this is an awkward and frustrating situation...

I got a text on Friday from Yodel saying my router has been posted through my letterbox.
It hasn't been! It hasn't been delivered to my neighbours by mistake either.
I messaged Yodel, and they got back to me only to say that they had a word with the driver who confirms that it was correctly delivered through my letterbox (a lie). Their advice was for me to contact the sender to resolve the problem, but of course because of Covid-19, it is impossible to get through to TalkTalk at the moment. So what do I do?
My go live date is just a week away now.
