Upgraded to Fibre on 31/03/2020. Still haven’t received the router and there is no ref/ tracking number on e mail or account. Due to go live at midnight and getting really concerned as it is having an impact on my job now. Any help / support would be greatly appreciated.

If you had fibre broadband with your previous ISP then there is a reasonable chance you can continue using your existing router, as talktalk permit the use of 3rd party routers. It is certainly worth a try if your new router does not arrive in time. After the switch over you will have to turn your router off for 30 mins and back on again. If this does not work try a factory reset of your existing router.

I’m upgrading to Fibre for the first time and with Talktalk so doubt that would work ! Thank you for your reply and attempt to help, it is greatly appreciated.

No problem.

If your router is reasonably new it might still be worth checking it's spec to see if it fibre capable.
