SAGECOM FAST 5364-3.T8 Power Issue / Router Dead

Hi,

 

I am experiencing an issue with the above router. It has no power (no lights and not broadcasting a signal), despite being plugged into a socket that works - I have tested other devices/appliances in the same socket successfully.

 

It seems to be a known fault, for which the solution is a new piece of hardware:

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

Can I just check if you have also tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset?

 

I can then send a replacement router.

Yes, I have tried inserting a pin to do a factory reset, but this was not successful.
