I recently cancelled my service with yourselves as TalkTalk couldn't match the offer i had with yourselves for the past 18 months. Faster Fibre for £19.95.
Today i received a letter in the post saying i could come back for £19.95 per month. I spoke with a member of the call centre staff who said that they were unable to process this as there was a cancellation on my service, and that they were customer support staff who didnt have the right permissions to carry out this renewal for me.
They advised that i would need to use the online chat funtionality to get assistance with this as online chat staff had the appropriate permissions. I have been trying on and off for the duration of today to try and connect with someone to no avail unfortunately. I would really appreciate some advice on how to take this matter forward.
