Service Status for individual accounts seems out of date

Hi,

 

Can someone please advise how often the Service Status is updated for individual accounts ?

For the past while, I've had endless problems with my internet connection dropping. (It's hard wired - not wifi) The 'stability' section on the Service Status page has shown that my internet has been disconnecting. The TALKTALK technical team performed line tests and said that they could not find any problems but to try solve my stability issues, they sent a replacement Hub.

 

My internet connection has been fine for the past few days. The firmware on the hub states that it's version is SG4K10002808t which I believe is the latest version. However, when I checked on the Service Status page on my account, it states that I still have stability issues and my router software needs updating ?

 

Any advice ?

This should update within 24-48hrs. Have you tried running this again?
