Setting up IP cameras for remote access (DG8041W Router)

Does anyone know how to set up IP cameras for remote access (via the internet) on the DG8041W Router?

I have the IP of the camera (say: 192.168.1.23)

I have the port of the camera (say: 6543)

I have a No-IP address (say: bobcam.no-ip.com)

I had it set up OK on my Netgear router but the DG8041W Router settings seem completely different to me.

Can anyone guide me through what needs to be set up?
