Shockingly poor speed Faster Fibre

On faster fibre for about 12 months and to be honest its been pretty good and reliable..

 

In the last two weeks my speed has dropped to around 27 down/5 up which  is dire...also had some connectivity issues for a few days at the start of this week....

 

before I have a bang at them for the speed has anyone else noticed a general decline that "could" be attributed to increased bandwidth usage at this time...???

 

finally, what is the best was to contact them about this issue...
