Signed up to broadband on 10/10/2018 and should have got a £50 Voucher but not received anything yet, I've emailed to the address set out in the terms and conditions but no reply whatsoever. Genuinley gobsmacked by the sheer number of people with the same problem! Please can someone explain why my voucher hasn't yet been sent to me? I don't understand why it was advertised as free voucher if these said vouchers are not being sent? Please can I just have some sort of explanation as to when my voucher is likely to be sent?
