Slow internet and frozen

Internet slow, freeze and cut off and router reboot it self Now been over 2 month I thought will be fix but nothing change and getting worse

mans when I done speed check on TalkTalk and another app on my phone totally different

also contacting talk talk very difficult

therefore if there’s no improvement I might take my complaints further and cancel My contract

No really it seem to be TalkTalk website very complicated now I am trying to deleted and I can’t find way how?

Still I am having slow broadband and suddenly wireless route disconnected several time and distance between router and devices less than 3 meter
