Hi are there issues with the TalkTalk service? My speeds have noticeably dropped over the last couple of days. Previously I was getting ~80Mbps, now i'm getting less than 20Mbps.

Hi @RobMcN yes there have been a few issues, have you trieda 30 minute reboot?

30 Minute reboot? You mean turn the modem off for 30 minutes?

Thanks, i'll wait for the official work from TalkTalk. This looks like a massive service issue at their end.

So the full 30 minute outage is the solution 😕
Easy to live with and worked in this instance.
