Do I start a new post? I have exhausted all other ways to sort this I’ve emailed and phoned tt customer service so many times on this issue they just say yes I should be getting higher speeds lol can someone please help regards

There is an individual error on your account which im struggling to clear, I've escalated it but it appears more difficult to clear than we first thought
