Do I start a new post? I have exhausted all other ways to sort this I’ve emailed and phoned tt customer service so many times on this issue they just say yes I should be getting higher speeds lol can someone please help regards

I almost lost the will to live trying to get my pretty much identical issue fixed but the forum people got it done reasonably quickly.
