How long does it take to have speed boost added to your account

Because i know i have the speed for it

Just seems to be taking ages to add the simplest of things

Independent line speed

It can take upto 72 hours for the work to be carried out. 

I will post back when it has been done.

Well 72 hours have past

And I’m not impressed at all still no speed boost on my account.

I really don’t care how you do it

But I expect speed boost to be on my account by 5pm today or this will have to be taken further

Sorry for the delay, the problem has now been cleared and the boost has been added today.
