I recently had an engineer out to fix a fault on my line and then my DLM was reset.
Although the sync speeds have recovered to 40/10 i am only able to get a max of 20/10.
There is still an open fault on my account so not able to perform a connection check.
Please can someone advise on what is happening and how this will be resolved?
I have already replaced all internal equipment eg: faceplate, DSL cable, filter .. which only leaves the router itself.
Any updates on this?
