Pretty much the title says it all. As it seems talk talk can seamlessly upgrade your account and start billing you extra for a service you aren't recieving. But you can't actually contact them.

Staff will reply during the week, @Barryjparsons, but it's likely to be Tuesday rather than Monday, as there is always a backlog after the weekend.

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed also looks good. Could you try one more 30 minute router power down please. Are you also currently connected wired or wireless?
