Still have Fibre 35 speed despite upgrading to 65

Pretty much the title says it all. As it seems talk talk can seamlessly upgrade your account and start billing you extra for a service you aren't recieving. But you can't actually contact them.

30 minute reboot done.

No community advice needed just posting here to see if I can get the issue resolved by talk talk.

Staff will reply during the week, @Barryjparsons, but it's likely to be Tuesday rather than Monday, as there is always a backlog after the weekend.

Hi Barry,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed also looks good. Could you try one more 30 minute router power down please. Are you also currently connected wired or wireless?
