Just can’t get hold of any customer support. Had no fibre connection all day now, my service page says I need to contact customer support yet can’t get through on the phone, live chat says it’s too busy.
im a web server tech and work from home so lose money every minute. I’ve ran a load of tests and my router is fine, my FTTC socket is fine so I need to get in touch with talktalk but can’t.
I don’t have to pay a release fee so I’m 24 hours from going to EE. Anyone got any other way to get support?
