I recently restarted my TalkTalk router and now I experience slower speeds.
My current router stats are:
DSL synchronization status: UpConnection status: ShowtimeUpstream line rate (kbit/s): 9077Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 29699Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s): 9302Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s): 40036Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 6.2Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 6.9Upstream interleave depth: 1Downstream interleave depth: 1721Line standard: VDSL2Upstream line attenuation (dB): 1.2Downstream line attenuation (dB): 16.8Upstream output power (dBm): 6.3Downstream output power (dBm): 10.6Channel type: Interleaved
I'm really disappointed in my downstream line rate. Can talktalk do anything about it? Additionally when I check my Talktalk Service status via www.talktalk.co.uk/help/servicestatus it never works.
All line tests are clear with no obvious issues.
The speed estimate for your line is 20 - 38mb. Currently the line is in sync at 29.7mb so this is within the estimated range for your line.
