Super fast boost, when does it go live?

I have just renewed my contract, and have gone from fast fibre, to the super fast boost, with a guaranteed speed of 64mbs.

Yesterday I received a new router, after a speed test, I am still getting between 28 - 32mbs.

Any idea when the super fast boost will start?

If your new contract has actually started (as shown in My Account) then I would think you should have the new speed now. If you switched your routers over quickly then your fibre 'session' might not have reset. If switching your routers over took you less then 30 minutes then it would be worth switching your router off for over 30 minutes, that will ensure that when you switch it back on it will create a new session, this may then cause it to connect at your increased speed.

I've checked the connection stats and your line is in sync at 68.7mb.

Please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then run a speed test?

Thanks for your replies.

I can confirm I now have the faster speeds.  I am still using my own TP Link modem/router, not had chance to change over to the Talktalk yet.
