Hi TalkTalk staff,
I have been sent two BT engineers by TalkTalk due to a faulty line no word if they had fixed it, the moderators have sent me the HG633 modem which drops speed to 25mbps then I have to turn it off for 30mins to bring the speed back to 62mbps.
What shall I do now?
I've ordered you a returns bag to send the router back in but I'd keep hold of it for the time being in case we need to test with it again.
