Is anyone having the same problem. I have been with talktalk for years and the fastest speed I have ever got is 15-17mbs.
I recently signed up to superfast fibre with the speed boost (told I would get a minimum speed of 37-39mbs for my area) but it made no difference.
I have complained twice in the last year and have gone thru the process of all their technical checks, only solution they came up with then was sending an engineer which I would have to pay for!
Anyone having similar problems?
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
