Yes, I've swallowed my pride and switching back to Talktalk faster fibre from Shell Energy formally 1stUtility. (The irony being that Shell Energy BB is powered by TalkTalk). The reason for switching in the first place was the shocking Customer Service that I was receiving from TalkTalk at the time. Well since 1st Utility became Shell Energy, their customer service has gone downhill, their cheap Technicolor Routers are pretty poor in performance, and I am paying a higher price for even worse Customer Service than TT normally offer.
My go-live date is 21st May, I guess my key question is, do any of the OCEs know if switching is being adversely impacted by COVID-19?

I'm sorry for the delay. If you currently have an active line and master socket then I can't see any reason as to why the engineer would need to enter the property to switch you over and this can usually be done outside of the property. Please let us know how you get on.
