Talk Talk have canceled my order, but transfered my account??

We signed up to Fibre, with a go live date of 30th Mar (today). I havent yet recieved a new router. I got an email this afternoon telling me we had gone live. I logged onto my account to see when the router was due to be delivered (surprised we didnt have it in advance) to see that my order has been cancelled.

 

I have spoken to my old supplier (NowTV) and they tell me that Talk Talk have requested the line and are now in charge of it. Our number has transferred to the new one that Talk Talk gave us. 

 

Help please. Both working from home currently and dependent on broadband.

Hi SarahWilliams, I can see that a second router has been dispatched as the first didn't arrive. Your line is active so the router is all you need to be using it. Please let us know if you don't receive it today or tomorrow.
