I just got connected 24 hours ago, my speed with BT was 50Mbs but now I'm getting only 44.8. Also my hub firmware is outdated (SG4K10001400t) - I have found that latest one is (SG4K10002808t). Could you please update my hub and check the speed issue (as your hub is much newer than my old BT hub I expected more than 50Mbs...)
It will probably update overnight or if not, try a reboot. Give your speed at least a week to see how DLM optimises the line.

We advise to allow DLM time to monitor the connection and adjust the profile to get the best balance between stability and speed.
Please can you leave the router switched on without rebooting and post back on this thread on Friday, we can then check the connection stats/speed.
Can you also update your Community Profile to include your TalkTalk telephone number.
