I have an issue with switching to a new ISP. They said my telephone number is not registered to my address and that you (TalkTalk) need to raise a ORDI request to correct this.
Out of interest I decided to do a little investigation and found the following website:
This cannot find my telephone number but can find my postcode.
I think this means telephone number and postcode are not registered correctly so please could you correct this information with an ORDI request.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
