Hi 

My puter is so slow so I checked my service status which came up with the following

There's a problem with our network

Your services will be affected

 

I've just spent an hour on live chat to no avail grrr

He said he was doing some tests then said he couldn't do them to call back in 3 hours

yeah right The chat will be closed then

Stuff happens that sometimes is not directly related to TT. Frustrating but it is what it is.

 

At the moment there is an issue in E Cambridgeshire that is a fault on the Openreach section of the network.

Hi avril,

 

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. What speeds are you receiving at the moment? I can see planned engineering work, however this may or may not be service affecting.
