I placed a new order yesterday, received a confirmation email, set up my account but now I am unable to track my order?? Keep getting 'oops we cannot find that page' message. Can someone let me know what is going on please?

My Account is showing as Not registered, can you follow the forgotten password link on My Account page and you should receive another activation email.
That should fix the problem.
