We are new TalkTalk fibre broadband customers and since we installed our new router we are unable to access social media on ALL devices.
Been on the phone to customer support for ages, they are super unhelpful and can offer no assistance. We need to access social media for work - this is so frustrating.
We have not got home safe or opted out/in of anything.
Can anyone help? It's driving us crazy...
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
