Unidentified device

Hi,

When I do a talktalk line status test the test informs me I have an unidentified device.

I have 12 devices connected to my wifi hub and 1 of them is unidentified.

Could someone let me know the implications of this.

How do I go about finding out which device it is. When I access the router three or four devices have question marks by them.

As far as I am aware I only have 11 devices connected by wifi and two by ethernet.

I have never given out my password but am a little worried that someone else may have logged on to my router.

Is it possible too find found out which device is unidentified and block it, and if so how do I do it.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Regards

Hi @jstype best way I can think of is disconnect your known devices one at a time. Whatever is left is the stranger or when it disappears that's the device.

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
