BT Openreach have advised that this fault was resolved on 19/07.

 

Please can you retest again and let us know if this fault is still present?

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've checked the connection logs and I can see a high number of re connections on 28/07 but the connection appears to have stabilised from 29/07.

 

Has the connection been dropping over the last 24hrs?
