I have checked your sync speed and it is showing as 

Sync Status In Sync

Downstream Speed  = 55.2 (MBPS)

Upstream Speed = 20.0 (MBPS)

Are you running wired speed tests?

Downstream Speed = 52.03 (MBPS)

Upstream Speed = 18.83 (MBPS)

It has not been as high as this in over 3 weeks.

55.10mb and 18.80mb...... my router is plugged into my computer directly not by wifi. This has been going on for 4 weeks now......

Thanks for answering the security questions, Line test is clear and router is currently in sync at 55.2Mbps. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?

Telephone line is fine..... speed still at 51mb. Please resolve this situation - it is now six weeks since this has been going on.
