Thanks for the update. The line test is still detecting a potential fault. Can you confirm if you're also using all the new cables and microfilter that came with the router and if the router is still connected at the test socket? We can then pass this over to our Network Team for further investigation.

has checked everything and I am getting best possible speed available
i would appreciate if you can tell openreach, he was very polite and friendly, explained everything in detail and was very thorough and knowledgeable
