I upgraded/renewed my internet contract at the beginning of the week including the new router offered.
I have tried to monitor the status of the upgrade and it says Fibre Broadband in Pending orders but when I click on the order it forwards me to a message that indicates I have no orders running.
Other than a confirmation email when I placed the order, I have no new information, no go live estimated date, no router and I am left wondering if anything actually is going to happen.
I have attempted to contact support via the app but after a couple of days I have had no reply.
Can you please look into this when you can, I understand the Covid situation delaying things, but a little more information would be helpful. I dont fancy waiting another week to find out there is a problem.
