Bit confused, tried to re contract and upgrade to the Black Friday Fibre 65 package which is showing as free for 3 months then £26 per month. when i pressed confirm it sent me a message saying i didn't meet the credit criteria and the order was cancelled ? Have i missed something ? well i certainly haven't missed a payment in 6yrs with talktalk!
