Urgent HELP: ZERO connection!!!

Hi

 

I upgraded to fibre broadband since last week and was told it will work on Saturday as we moved to new home. It is still not working. This is quire frustrating and depressing at this time as my family stays at home without internet. Please kindly help in any possible way.
