I recently switched from sky to talk talk fiber broadband and I am unable to connect my office VPN whenever I work from home.
I have tried to restart router multiple times but no luck and tried to speak to customer care as well but have not ant solution till now.
If I switch from wifi to mobile hotspot, I am able to connect the VPN.
Appreciate if you can help me to fix this issue and any suggestions welcome.

Could you also please advise the model of router you have? A software update will likely solve your issue.
