Well this is annoying, it no longer connects to the VPN via 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz.
It connected once earlier on but no more.
I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try rebooting the router and then trying this again? Is it currently the HG633 or the 3782 router which is connected?

Its the D-Link router I'm using.
I'll try a reboot later when I finish work.
It still fails to connect on both frequency ranges.

Yes if you could do. If that fails I have a BT router that worked but would need to ammend all settings.
The HG633 router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I have returned the Huawei router. It worked 1st time around but then failed to connect.
I have a BT router that worked always. I tried to connect that but was not able to edit the configuration. Any idea how to edit that?
