Hi. I had a fault Tuesday. I reported the issue and was told there was a problem yet I had to leave my house for a few days. Was since told that the problem has been sorted. came home today and yes the light has gone from solid red to white and it is working,although the down load speeds are 7mbps max from 34 m
I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. Just to confirm, what speeds are you receiving at the moment?
Could you try the 30 minute router power down once more so we can see how the throughput speeds compare?
