I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line.
Just to confirm, are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as no dial tone or any noise on the line when the connection is unstable?
Um , I don't have a spare router at all ,I had a few issues with bt router before but we got there in the end , I did the socket test with bt a few months ago and they said it was all fine , they found a fault outside of the house which was fixed the only conclusion I can come to is this talktalk router hasn't been configured correctly which is leading to the disconnections.
Ok, no problem. Test for a day or two and any issues report back.
