I have already made a post about this and got NO reply. My WiFi goes down every Sunday night between 12am - 2am. I have done all the appropriate tests and was on the phone to technical support for 2 HOURS. If something isn’t done I will be moving to Virgin
Is it only wifi that is off, does this affect any wired connections ?

Thanks for confirming this. Could you try switching HomeSafe off and once this has completed then switch HomeSafe back on again please. This should then hopefully resolve the issue the you're experiencing.
