I moved house and my go live date was the 1st April. It took a little while but came on no problems (never had any issues before with talk talk) I was informed of a fault but told I didn’t need need to do anything. Connection has been great up until an hour or so ago when it was cut off. I had no email or message to say if they would be happening so our of the blue. Wi-Fi has since turned back on however no devices can connect to the internet. PHone line is working fine. I need this sorted ASAP as I have elderly relatives I rely on the internet’s for I check do on during the covid 19 crisis and ive never had any issues before.
I'm sorry to hear this and I'm just taking a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the line is currently in sync and connected. Are you still unable to connect since your last post?
