White light but no internet

Hi everyone I’m completely new to this so bare with me but our fibre broadband was working absolutely fine until yesterday, we disconnected everything as we had a new tv unit, ever since then it has been playing up, we switched it off and on leaving for 20 minutes and the light on the router turned white so tried to connect phones and they either won’t connect or when they do we can’t get on the internet, can anyone help with this as it is very frustrating indeed, it’s like we have internet but can’t use it for some reason, I’m guessing maybe our speed is too low, thank you to anyone who can help with this.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

The line tests have detected a possible line fault so I have escalated this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
