WiFi Hub went off, won't come back on

My WiFi hub turned itself off and now it won't turn back on. I'm currently using my old HG633 but was wondering if an OCE could send out a router and power cable for testing so I can see whether the wire is faulty or the actual router?

quick question.
Does you power supply from the failed router allow power up of the HG633.
If so then original router is dead.

It seemed to power the HG633 up but didn't fancy leaving it connected for long as I don't know if the voltages are different. I tried the HG633 plug on the WiFi hub and got no lights or anything so I'm guessing that means the router has gone to silicon heaven!

Hi

Voltages are the same.  That proves your old router has gone to the happy hunting ground.

Hi DanielP9690

A new router is on the way.

This should arrive in the next 24-48 working hours.

Thanks

Karl.
