WiFi not working on Go live date

First Timer

Hi my go live date was March 31 and since my live date I have not received any Wi-Fi, my router is consistently blinking orange and is not doing anything. I have done a health check a service status check I’ve repeatedly checked my wires were in correctly and at this point considering this is supposed to be my go live date On the very first day with the router I’m very annoyed I need Wi-Fi to do my work and so does my partner The loss of broadband seems to be a recurring thing with talk talk?? and then my broadband continues not to work I will just go somewhere else.  if you can offer a solution please help because if this continues for the rest of the week I hope you don’t expect me to pay for a service that doesn’t work.
